DATA REGISTRATION
The Pilates Concept registers a number of data provided by the client which is necessary for the registration and payment of the lessons. E-mail addresses are also used for sending e-mails and newsletters. The Pilates Concept guarantees never to pass on client data to third parties.

MEDICAL DATA
Medical data provided by individuals will only be used to determine a suitable class and, if necessary, will be reported to the instructor for possible adjustment of the exercises during the class. The Pilates Concept guarantees to handle these data with great care and they will only be retrieved by the teachers.

THIRD PARTIES
The Pilates Concept works with the software of Bsport and Classpass. This party has indicated that it complies with the applicable rules and legislation regarding privacy. The Pilates Concept does not share personal data with other parties.

ADAPTATION AND REMOVAL OF DATA
On request The Pilates Concept can change and remove data. Persons who no longer wish to follow classes can remove their account from the Bsport system themselves.

To make the website function properly and to realize an optimal user experience, The Pilates Concept uses cookies.

EMAILS AND NEWSLETTERS
The Pilates Concept informs about the studio, on demand library, classes and teachers through emails and newsletters. Persons who do not wish to receive e-mails can indicate this via info@thepilatesconcept.nl. Persons who no longer wish to receive a newsletter can unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of each newsletter.

AMENDMENTS
This privacy statement is valid from November 29th 2021. The Pilates Concept reserves the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary.
